Our Cakery is open from 10 am - 6pm, you can walk in and enjoy or if you prefer you can pre-order cakes and other products on our web store.
Our Story
In October 2023, Beverly Sullivan became the proud new owner of Lilibet’s Cakery and Tea Room, previously known as 21 Cakes. Originally from England, Beverly's mission is to infuse the authentic essence of both English and American home baking into Scottsdale's culinary scene.
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Scottsdale, directly opposite McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, the bakery offers an oasis of natural light. Its elevated seating options create the perfect ambiance for savoring pastries, baked treats, afternoon tea, and celebration cakes. Each dessert is meticulously baked from scratch daily right in our on-site bakery, using only the finest ingredients to ensure the highest quality.
Lilibet’s also doubles as a quintessential English afternoon tea parlor. Built upon Beverly's love for a pink and pastel color palette, modern romance, and exquisite flavors, this immersive afternoon tea experience offers a perfect fairy-tale setting. It's an ideal escape for those looking to indulge in the tradition and elegance of a true English afternoon tea

Clearly the most sensational cupcakes in the Valley of the Sun. Nothing commercial about the taste, quality, creative design and personalization of this quaint shop. The owner Bev is incredibly engaging and personable. These cupcakes are freshly made on the spot and clearly offer a "party in your mouth." Cocoamalatte & Banana Nutella are my favs. You'll just keep coming back!

Lilibets is hands down my new favorite cupcake shop. I have tasted different flavors ( salted caramel and cherry cupcakes) on 3 separate occasions and they are all phenomenal.
Each cupcake I tried was moist and full of flavor. Best of all they don't drown the cake in frosting. It's a nice balance of both.The staff is beyond friendly and they have indoor and outdoor seating so you can stay and eat if you want (which I did). Next on my list to try is chocolate mint (it has an Andes mint on top - how can I not?)

Stopped here on a whim with my husband to get him a birthday cupcake. We were so impressed! What an adorable bakery! He chose the carrot cake cupcake and I chose a mini lemon cupcake which was delicious! If we were locals, this would be a regular stop for us. ❤️

A hidden gem in Scottsdale. Absolutely recommend 10/10. Cupcakes and cakes are amazing and beautiful and delicious.
Even better is the Afternoon Tea. 12 of us went for Galentines and Bev the owner gave us the greatest service and taught us so much. Every single thing was outstanding. There is not one thing that could have been better and we can’t wait to go back!
